The KINETIK Sweef Entrepreneurs Program is designed to upskill women entrepreneurs in Indonesia’s green economy. The program provides training and support to 100 micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), with 20 selected entrepreneurs receiving specialised guidance as KINETIK Sweef Fellows to accelerate their business growth and sustainability.
The Fellows are 20+ women entrepreneurs selected for their potential to drive change in Indonesia’s green economy. They receive specialised support for the next three years to refine their business models, strengthen market positions, and access resources to accelerate growth.
The Australian Government funds and supports the programme through KINETIK, its climate and energy partnership with Indonesia, promoting sustainability, gender equality, and inclusive economic growth in the region.
Entrepreneurs who meet the eligibility criteria can apply via the programme’s website. Mentors, industry experts, and investors can contribute as advisors or guest speakers, and there are also internship or volunteer opportunities available.
Individuals can explore openings on the programme’s official website or reach out to the KINETIK Sweef team to inquire about ways to contribute.
