Networking Event: Green or Just Green-Painted? Unmasking Sustainability Claims, 28 January, 17:00-20.30 (WIB)
In Southeast Asia, sustainability has increasingly shifted from a CSR exercise to a core driver of business resilience and long term growth. On 28 January 2026 in Bandung, the KINETIK Sweef Entrepreneurs Program, in partnership with the Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs (ANDE) East and Southeast Asia Chapter, convened a panel discussion titled Unmasking Sustainability Claims to critically examine whether corporate sustainability efforts are creating real climate impact or merely stopping at surface level commitments.
Together with leaders from Rezycology Indonesia, Impact Investment Exchange, and PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara, the discussion unpacked how meaningful climate action is built through long term decisions across operations, value chains, and community engagement. Beyond the panel, the strong turnout and continued dialogue reflected a shared desire among entrepreneurs, investors, and ecosystem builders to deepen collaboration and strengthen the sustainability landscape in Indonesia.
Workshop: From Compliance to Contribution: Making ESG and Impact Measurement Work for Your Business, 29 January, 09:00-13:30 (WIB)
On 29 January 2026, the KINETIK Sweef Entrepreneurs Program hosted a half day, in person workshop titled From Compliance to Contribution: Making ESG and Impact Measurement Work for Your Business. Led by Brianna Losoya Evora, the session focused on helping climate focused businesses move beyond viewing ESG as a reporting obligation and toward using impact measurement as a practical tool for everyday decision making, operations, and long term growth.
Through hands on discussions, participants explored how to identify relevant ESG and impact priorities, set realistic goals, and track outcomes already embedded in their day to day activities. The workshop also highlighted how impact measurement, Gender ROI, and core ESG principles can strengthen transparency, accountability, and communication with investors and partners, while supporting more resilient and responsible business models across different sectors.
KUMPUL Connect for Change Summit 2025, 21 October 2025
Across Southeast Asia, we are seeing the rise of women‑led and climate‑smart enterprises — yet many are stuck in the missing middle. Too large for microfinance but too small or risky for commercial capital, these businesses often find themselves locked out of the resources they need to grow and scale their impact. Gender lens investing and inclusive climate finance offer pathways to channelling capital where it can deliver both strong returns, as well as transformative social and environmental impact.
The KUMPUL Connect for Change Summit 2025 centrestaged this challenge and opportunity by convening entrepreneurs, investors, policymakers, and ecosystem builders who drove change across ASEAN. Anchored in a vision of inclusive and sustainable economic transformation, the Summit highlighted innovation and finance as the catalysts for low‑carbon, climate‑resilient growth. More than simply a gathering, the Summit was a platform to spark collaboration, share bold ideas, and forge pathways that reshaped the future of enterprise and investment in the region.
Sweef Capital was honoured to be part of that year’s dialogue through a session entitled Financing Futures: Gender‑Lens Investing and Inclusive Climate Action. Using a collaborative World Café format, the session brought policymakers, investors, and innovators together to explore pathways for bridging financing gaps and supporting regenerative enterprise. By grounding the discussion in real‑world examples such as EmPower II: Women for Climate‑Resilient Societies, the session sparked new connections and fresh ideas that shaped meaningful change in Indonesia and across ASEAN. It was a privilege to be part of the conversation shaping inclusive and climate‑smart futures in our region.
