The KINETIK Sweef Entrepreneurs Program, an initiative of The Sweef Institute, today announced the appointment of Alia Prasetia as Assistant Vice President, Program Investments, and Mia Gaswara as Assistant Vice President, Program.

As Assistant Vice President, Program Investments, Alia Prasetia will lead on-the-ground technical assistance delivery in Indonesia. She will work closely with early-stage founders to strengthen organisational systems, address operational bottlenecks, and provide targeted business operations support — with a particular focus on sustainability-driven and women-led ventures.
Alia’s background spans consulting, startups, and institutional environments, enabling her to bridge strategic planning with practical execution. Trained as an engineer through a double degree in Industrial Engineering and Engineering and Project Management, she brings a structured and collaborative approach to building resilient companies where commercial growth and measurable impact reinforce one another.
Expanding Ecosystem and Investment Readiness Pathways
Mia Aulia Gaswara joins as Assistant Vice President, Program, leading ecosystem engagement and development across Indonesia. She operates at the intersection of climate entrepreneurship, gender inclusion, and investment readiness — strengthening pathways for high-potential enterprises to scale sustainably while engaging investors, corporates, accelerators, and development partners.
With nearly a decade of experience supporting entrepreneurship and innovation initiatives across Southeast Asia and the broader Asia Pacific region, Mia brings deep expertise in program design, ecosystem collaboration, and structured investability pathways. Her work has consistently translated capacity building into tangible business growth and stronger capital access outcomes.
