KINETIK Sweef Entrepreneurs Program strengthens its capabilities with the appointment of two new hires, advancing its mission to provide training, resources, networks, and investment readiness to scale sustainable businesses and accelerate green impact in Indonesia and the Asia-Pacific region.
Putra Prakoso drives the KINETIK Sweef Entrepreneurs Program to empower green economy startups. Collaborating with Indonesia investment leadership, Putra manages deal sourcing, startup assessment, due diligence, and post-investment value creation, including business growth and impact measurement.
Putra’s role draws on venture capital experience in due diligence, fund operations, and portfolio engagement, plus Financial & Accounting Advisory Services at Ernst & Young for cross-sector financial reporting and advisory. Starting at RSM International in audit, risk assessment, and financial analysis, Putra advanced to Standard Chartered in capital markets and mutual fund operations. Putra earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Universitas Indonesia’s Faculty of Economics and Business, plus the Most Outstanding Student in Entrepreneurship award.
As part of Sweef’s commitment to developing talent in the sector, our internship programs are designed as on-ramps into long-term careers, giving emerging professionals hands-on exposure pathways into full-time roles. Rifa Satriatama, a former intern with the KINETIK Sweef Entrepreneurs Program, now joins the team full-time to source high-potential green economy start–ups.
Rifa will support green entrepreneurs through tailored coaching, helping them overcome growth challenges, scale sustainably, and build stronger impact capabilities into their businesses. Early internships in tech startups, investment banking, and consulting built exposure to diverse business-building, financing, and scaling models, fostering a perspective that bridges operations, finance, and strategy. Rifa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Universitas Indonesia, sharpened by consulting organization projects in business case competitions and structured problem-solving.
